Participation fees for exhibition stands include :
- Rental of the stand area and modular structures (side partitions and floor plate, fascia panel);
- Needle-punch fitted carpet;
- Company name banner;
- One rail of three spotlights per 9 m²;
- Description of your business on the website and in the exhibitor catalogue;
- Two Conference tickets (2-day package including meals) at the rate of €311 (ex. VAT) per 9 m² (special rate for ATEC ITS France members only);
- Cocktail and coffee breaks.
Other expenses tp allow for: electricity (connection + fee for both days), ADSL Internet access (optional), telephone: analogue PSTN line (optional), lunch on site with delegates (optional), various options (stand accessible from two aisles, your logo on the event website, extra badges etc.)
Fees for docking stations at the exhibition include:
Supply of a panel and a tablet PC (+ electrical connection) to present the exhibitor’s activities, products and services.
